Elegant portraits for yourself, your family, your partner or someone you love. The Private Portrait Session is for clients who want beautiful personal portraits in a simple, refined and accessible format.

This is not a “quick mini shoot” or a volume photography package. It is a carefully directed portrait sitting with attention to light, expression, composition and final image quality.

Ideal For

This session is ideal for individuals, couples, families, parents and children, maternity portraits, generational portraits, artists, creatives and anyone who wants elegant personal portraits.
It is designed for personal use rather than commercial, editorial or business use.

Included

Each session includes pre-shoot guidance, a studio portrait session, simple creative direction, professional lighting, posing guidance, a curated proof gallery, professional editing and retouching of selected images, high-resolution JPEG files and web-resolution JPEG files.
The final files are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs for print and web-resolution JPEGs for online use. Additional edited images can be purchased after the session.

Private Portrait Session — Essential

AED 2,800

A simple, elegant portrait sitting.

Includes:

45–60 minute studio session, one simple setup, one outfit/look, curated proof gallery, 8 professionally edited final images, high-resolution JPEG files, web-resolution JPEG files, personal usage rights. Additional edited images can be purchased after the session.

Private Portrait Session — Collection

AED 4,750

A more complete portrait sitting for clients who want a wider selection of finished images, with more time, more variation, and a deeper visual story than the Essential session.

Includes:

60–90 minute studio session, one or two simple setups, up to three outfit/look changes if time allows, curated proof gallery, 15 professionally edited final images, high-resolution JPEG files, web-resolution JPEG files, personal usage rights. Additional edited images can be purchased after the session.

Private Portrait Session — Signature

AED 8,500

A richer portrait experience with extra time, more variety, and a small fine-art print included.

Includes:

Up to 3 hours studio session, as many looks as time allows, more detailed creative direction, curated proof gallery, 30 professionally edited final images, high-resolution JPEG files, web-resolution JPEG files, one A4 fine-art print, personal usage rights. Additional edited images can be purchased after the session. Framing, mounting, special papers, custom sizes, and delivery are quoted separately.

Terms & Conditions

What Is Included

The session includes pre-shoot guidance, the agreed studio portrait session, simple creative direction, professional lighting, posing guidance, curated image selection, professional editing and retouching of selected images, high-resolution JPEG files, web-resolution JPEG files and personal usage rights.

What Is Not Included

The session does not include RAW files, unedited images, full gallery download, commercial usage, advertising usage, major compositing, hair, makeup, wardrobe, styling, location rental, props, permits or transport unless agreed in writing.

Usage Rights

The client receives personal usage rights for the final edited images.
This includes personal printing, personal social media, family sharing, private display and personal online use.
The images may not be used for commercial, advertising, business, brand, editorial, publication, product, campaign, resale, licensing, NFT, AI training or third-party use without written permission.

Privacy and Artist Usage

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, selected final images may be used by Luca Lombardi for portfolio, website, social media, printed portfolio, exhibitions, awards, interviews and promotional use.

Clients who require privacy or full confidentiality should mention this before booking.
Private-use or confidentiality restrictions may affect the session fee.

Copyright

Copyright remains with Luca Lombardi.
The client receives the right to use the final edited images for personal use only, according to the selected package.
The client may not sell, license, transfer, heavily edit, apply AI modification, enter the images into competitions, publish commercially or provide the images to unrelated third parties without written permission.

RAW and Unedited Files

RAW files and unedited images are not released.
The final product is the finished edited image. Unedited images are not representative of the final work and are not part of the deliverables.

Payment Terms

•50% non-refundable retainer to confirm the date.

•50% balance due on or before the shoot date.

No final files are released until the full balance has been paid.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The client may reschedule once with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

•More than 7 days before the sitting: one complimentary reschedule.

•3 to 7 days before the sitting: reschedule fee of 500aed.

•Less than 72 hours before the sitting: 50% of the retainer is forfeited.

•No-show: retainer is fully forfeited.

If the artist must reschedule due to illness, emergency, technical issue, or circumstances beyond control, a new date will be arranged.Delivery Time

Delivery Time

Proof gallery: within 5 working days after the session.
Final edited images: within 7 working days after image selection.
Prints: usually 2–4 weeks, depending on size, paper, lab schedule, and framing.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
